Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a logistics support role in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The job involves receiving, storing and distributing parts and materials, while ensuring accurate inventory and quality checks.

You will perform routine material movements and assist in maintaining organized, safe work areas in line with 5S practices. Ideal candidates have basic IT skills and a high school diploma, with the ability to follow specifications and cooperate with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Separate materials, pieces and finished products to meet production orders.
• Prepare materials for replacement parts orders, separating them according to specifications and quantities.
• Deliver materials to the factory sectors, performing all physical and system movements.
• Package raw materials and parts, ensuring safe handling and transport.
• Inspect materials at receipt, checking quality, quantity and packaging conformity.
• Store parts and products properly to ensure integrity and accurate identification.
• Maintain stock accuracy and perform cycle counts when requested.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized following 5S principles.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by supervision.

Summary

Sumário: Apoio nas atividades na área de logística / armazenamento, atuando na recepção, conferência, armazenamento, separação, preparação e embalamento de peças, produtos e materiais, atuando nas áreas de almoxarifado, recebimento, expedição e revenda. Realizam lançamentos sistêmicos das movimentações de entradas e saídas de materiais, garantindo o controle e acuracidade do estoque além de distribuir produtos e materiais diversos, para atender às necessidades e demandas existentes no processo produtivo e/ou revenda de peças.

Responsabilidades

• Separação de materiais diversos, peças e produtos acabados, para atender às ordens de produção existentes
• Preparação dos materiais relacionados nos pedidos de peças de reposição, separando-os de acordo com as especificações e quantidades, de forma a remetê-los as diversas áreas da produção
• Entregar materiais aos diversos setores da fábrica, efetuando todas as movimentações físicas/sistêmicas, obedecendo as normas e instruções específicas
• Embalar matéria prima e peças, acondicionando-os de forma correta, assegurando o seu manuseio e transporte com segurança
• Conferência de materiais no ato do seu recebimento, checando a qualidade, quantidade e conformidade das peças e embalagens
• Armazenar peças e produtos de forma adequada, de modo a garantir integridade dos materiais e a acuracidade das informações nas identificações dos produtos recebidos
• Zelar pela acuracidade de estoque
• Efetuar inventário cíclico quando solicitado
• Manter seu local de trabalho limpo e organizado, utilizando a filosofia 5S
• Executar outras tarefas correlatas, a critério do superior imediato
