Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a senior software delivery engineer to own end-to-end delivery for 2–3 enterprise accounts, guiding pilots to production rollout and ongoing support.

You will design, customize, and document integrations with POS/ERP systems, expose APIs, and align with client templates and branding while maintaining strong client-facing communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and operating production systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on API experience: designing, exposing, and documenting APIs, mapping data to a client's schema, and working with legacy or non-REST systems
• Strong client-facing skills, including communication with engineers and non-technical estimating staff via email, calls, and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to define quality metrics and track accuracy trends
• Ability to own technical delivery for multiple accounts and navigate ambiguity, shifting requirements, and staggered timelines
• B2+ English proficiency
• Bonus: exposure to LLM/AI applications or familiarity with residential construction and estimating workflows

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for 2–3 enterprise accounts, from pilot success criteria through production rollout and ongoing support
• Customize estimates, takeoff drawings, and summary reports to client templates, naming conventions, units, materials preferences, and branding
• Stand up and automate intake and delivery workflows, including file transfer, custom CSV exports, and API payloads
• Expose and document Handoff's API for clients
• Build and maintain SKU matching between estimate line items and supplier catalogs
• Assess client technology stacks, including POS/ERP systems such as Oracle, and recommend integration paths
• Assist with integrations to legacy systems while scoping feasibility realistically
• Lead weekly calibration reviews with client estimating teams and drive accuracy against agreed error-rate targets
• Meet delivery SLAs and provide first-line technical support and maintenance
• Document account-specific configurations, assumptions, and preferences for continuity and handover
• Partner with a Construction Account Manager while owning the technical relationship
• Integrate clients' POS/ERP systems from first pilot through production
