Role Description

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to take ownership of a Salesforce integration, enabling a seamless bidirectional data flow between Salesforce and our client’s core platform.

Required Qualifications

Strong English communication, writing and verbal.5–8+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with Python (FastAPI or Flask) and AWS services. Strong experience integrating with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming, or GraphQL).

Understanding of OAuth2 flows, webhooks, and event-driven synchronization patterns. Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures, data security best practices, and rate limit management.

Experience building resilient, scalable backend systems using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS Lambda, Databricks, DynamoDB, etc.).
