• 4+ years of JVM-based backend engineering experience.
• Strong Kotlin expertise for building microservices and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and Kotlin integration.
• Strong data persistence experience with Spring Data JPA and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and AWS cloud services.
• Fluent in English.

As a Backend Engineer specializing in Kotlin, you will design and maintain scalable server-side applications within the JVM ecosystem. You will serve as a key technical contributor, leveraging Kotlin’s modern features to build robust microservices and distributed systems that outperform traditional Java implementations.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Kotlin and Spring Boot.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on JVM-based backend development.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin for building microservices and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and its integration with Kotlin.
• Strong proficiency in data persistence using Spring Data JPA and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
