A global SaaS platform in São Paulo seeks an experienced Backend Developer to build and maintain backend services for their BPM platform. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience and strong skills in .NET Core and/or Node.js, along with Docker knowledge. This full-time role offers the opportunity to impact a global product and requires collaboration with various teams.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain backend services for our SaaS BPM platform
• Design secure, scalable REST APIs
• Work with MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis/Valkey
• Optimize services on AWS (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront)
• Implement observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo)
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years backend experience
• Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and/or Node.js (TypeScript)
• Docker & containerization knowledge

Nice to have: SaaS multi-tenant experience, BPMN knowledge, React/Next.js exposure

• Work on a global SaaS product with real impact
