Responsibilities
- Execuo e controle de operaes financeiras como transferncias pagamentos liquidaes e conciliaes bancrias.
- Registro e conferncia de movimentaes e posies em sistemas internos e na Cetip.
- Suporte a outras reas (comercial compliance tesouraria) com informaes operacionais.
- Preparao de relatrios internos para acompanhamento de atividades.
- Conciliao de saldos contbeis e operacionais.
- Identificao e correo de divergncias em registros financeiros.
- Interface com bancos corretoras custodiantes e fornecedores para resoluo de pendncias.
- Suporte a clientes internos (times comerciais ou gestores) e externos (institucionais ou pessoa fsica).
- Proposio de melhorias em processos fluxos e controles operacionais aplicando automaes
- Participao em projetos de automao e integrao de sistemas.
- Apoio em testes de novas funcionalidades e validao de sistemas operacionais.
- Execution and control of financial operations such as transfers payments settlements and bank reconciliations.
- Recording and verification of transactions and positions in internal systems and in Cetip.
- Support to other departments (commercial compliance treasury) with operational information.
- Preparation of internal reports to monitor activities.
- Reconciliation of accounting and operational balances.
- Identification and correction of discrepancies in financial records.
- Interface with banks brokerages custodians and suppliers to resolve pending issues.
- Support to internal clients (sales teams or managers) and external clients (institutional or individual).
- Proposal of improvements in processes workflows and operational controls by applying automation.
- Participation in automation and system integration projects.
- Assistance in testing new functionalities and validating operational systems.
Qualifications
- Graduao em Relaes Internacionais; Economia; Comrcio Exterior; Administrao de empresas Cincia da Computao e reas correlatas
- Excel intermedirio ou avanado incluindo habilidades para desenvolver planilhas frmulas e relatrios gerenciais.
- Ingls intermedirio ou avanado com capacidade para comunicao em ambiente corporativo.
- Excelente comunicao interpessoal com foco em atendimento ao cliente e suporte interno.
- Ateno a detalhes organizao e habilidade para trabalhar com alto volume de informaes e demandas
- Diferencial : Conhecimentos em Phyton e automao
- Bachelors degree in International Relations; Economics; Foreign Trade; Business Administration Computer Science and related fields.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills including the ability to develop spreadsheets formulas and management reports.
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills focused on customer service and internal support.
- Attention to detail organization and the ability to work with a high volume of information and demands.
- Knowledge of Python and automation will be considered a plus.
