What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and optimize automated multi-channel nurture campaigns to efficiently move leads to opportunities
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to execute high-performing campaigns with consistent messaging
- Support pre- and post-event campaigns to drive meaningful results for marketing events
- Analyze engagement metrics and funnel performance to optimize conversion rates
- Own and improve lead scoring and readiness for a seamless handoff to Sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in demand generation or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
- Proven expertise in email best practices and successful campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
