About Local CEO

We help entrepreneurs grow and scale through AI automation, education, consulting, and marketing systems.

We partner with business owners to transform how they attract, engage, and convert clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery and closing calls with business owners in English.
  • Be in meetings daily; if not, complete 100 outbound calls per day.
  • Follow up with prospects and update CRM records.
  • Work closely with setters to improve closing ratios.
  • Hit and exceed monthly performance targets.
Requirements
  • Fluent English & Portuguese.
  • 2+ years of B2B closing experience.
  • Excellent writing and typing skills.
  • Strong communication, objection-handling, and emotional intelligence.
  • Quiet, professional workspace with dual monitors, wireless headset, and fast internet.
  • High level of tech-savviness.
  • Must be available to work the last weekend of every month.
  • Work on Zoom throughout the day with the camera on.
  • Be coachable, open-minded, and committed to continuously improving your skills and performance.
Compensation
  • Base: R$5,000 to R$10,000 / month after training.
  • Commissions + Bonus 3%-6% of monthly sales (in USD).

Top performers can exceed six figures annually.

Expectations
  • Perform at 30%+ close rate.
  • Work weekends when needed.
  • Work late hours when necessary.
  • Zoom all day, pipeline management, communication excellence, etc.

Pay

R$10,050, per month.
