Outlier is launching a remote QA Coder program for LatAm-based software engineers to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, rating model responses, and crafting computer science prompts. The role offers flexible, contract-based work from anywhere in Latin America with competitive pay and incentives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, have experience contributing to production code, and can communicate in fluent English with keen attention to detail.
