A technology solutions provider is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead project execution using Scrum methodologies in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate should possess strong Agile frameworks knowledge and have experience executing projects in both onshore and offshore models. Key responsibilities include facilitating daily Scrum meetings, engaging stakeholders, and coaching teams on self-organization. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in initiating and executing projects in Agile.
• PSM/CSM/PMI-ACP Certification preferred.
• Experience in Onsite-Offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Experience in initiating and executing the projects in Agile.
• Ensures rules of Scrum are correctly interpreted and Plans Sprints or iterations.
• Facilitates daily Scrum meetings and removes any impediments to the tasks to be carried out in the Scrum teams.
• Engages required stakeholders in Scrum development discussions and meetings to build consensus and facilitate development of the product.
• Experience in delivering the projects in onshore/offshore model.
• Should work closely with required internal & external stakeholders, teams and customers to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer.
• Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.

Required Experience/Skills

• IT experience and experience in executing projects in Agile preferred.
• PSM/CSM/PMI-ACP Certification preferred.
• Experience in working in Onsite-Offshore model.
• Should have experience in reporting and presenting.
• Should have knowledge in Project Planning, execution and monitoring.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Defect tracking system, Release Management, Test Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science.
