What You'll Do

• Listen to audio recordings and produce accurate, well-formatted transcriptions
• Handle a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio conditions
• Apply consistent punctuation, formatting, and speaker-labeling conventions
• Flag unclear or low-quality segments according to provided guidelines
• Deliver work to quality and turnaround standards on a per-batch basis
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A strong, attentive listener with a good ear for detail
• Comfortable typing quickly and accurately over extended sessions
