Job summary

Skydance in São Paulo is seeking an Audio Operator for live content production. You will operate audio consoles, mix live programs, balance microphones, playback sources, and remote feeds to ensure program audio quality.

Configure and monitor signals, prepare systems, perform line checks, and troubleshoot issues during broadcasts. Collaborate with directors, producers, and technicians to maintain editorial quality under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Audio Technical Knowledge: Understanding of analog and digital audio signal flow, levels, routing, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Audio Console Operation: Ability to operate professional audio mixing consoles and manage microphones, playback sources, remote feeds, and program outputs.
• Broadcast Audio Systems: Familiarity with intercom, IFB, audio routers, embedded audio, monitoring systems, and studio/PCR workflows.
• Live Production Support: Ability to prepare, test, and operate audio systems while maintaining technical and editorial quality during live broadcasts.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve audio issues such as signal loss, distortion, noise, synchronization, and communication failures.

Your new role

This position is responsible for audio operation for live content production, including audio mixing, signal routing, monitoring, and operational support for Audio productions. Your role accountabilities: Operate audio consoles and mix live programs, balancing microphones, playback sources, remote feeds, and program audio; Configure, route, and monitor audio signals, including studio microphones, IFB, intercom, embedded audio, and external feeds; Prepare audio systems for productions, perform line checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure audio quality throughout live broadcasts.

Qualification & Experience:
