Position overview

The Associate Partner will play a key role in driving the company’s strategy, business development, and operational excellence. This professional will take full ownership of either the Commercial or Recruitment vertical, acting as a strategic leader responsible for results, team development, and the overall P&L of their division.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and execute strategic initiatives for either the Commercial or Recruitment area.
  • Drive business growth through client acquisition, account management, and/or recruitment delivery excellence.
  • Take full responsibility for the P&L of the assigned business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee and guide a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company’s global strategy and expansion plans.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or professional services, ideally with leadership exposure.
  • Strong business acumen with a successful track record in business development and/or recruitment management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
