What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and mentor a team overseeing claims administration, funding reconciliation, and data analysis
  • Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex claims and funding issues, implementing improvements to enhance client satisfaction
  • Establish best practices for claims processing and ensure adherence to IRS regulations for HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and Commuter Benefits
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and drive automation for improved operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spending account administration, client success, account management, claims, or related areas, with leadership experience
  • Experience with spending account technology platforms; WEX experience required
  • Subject matter expertise in IRS regulations and compliance related to HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and Commuter Benefits
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
