In this role, you’ll lead and execute key business initiatives across corporate lending, credit structuring, and investment banking products spanning Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives in corporate lending, credit structuring, and investment banking.
  • Oversee product planning, design, and implementation aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Drive business prioritization to achieve revenue and performance goals.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert across the credit lifecycle, from line allocation to facility disbursement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage governance, workflows, and transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis on revenue, expenses, and resources to support strategic decisions.
  • Promote a customer-focused culture and strengthen corporate client relationships.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget across regions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Investment Banking, with exposure to corporate credit structuring or global capital markets.
  • Deep understanding of credit analysis, structuring execution, and lending processes.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-regional business initiatives.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to align business strategy with operational execution and financial outcomes.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience in multi-country or global banking environments is a strong asset.
