  • Continuous learning and professional development, enhancing expertise through exposure to global markets, methodologies, and cross‑border collaboration
  • A highly collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment with a strong focus on well‑being and sustainable work‑life balance
We’ll Count on You To
  • Analyze transactions and produce high-quality credit opinions for investors and market participants
  • Develop and implement portfolio analyses (e.g., default vintages, prepayment rates, and recoveries) and cash flow models
  • Review transaction legal documentation to ensure alignment with Fitch’s criteria and methodologies
  • Lead rating action processes for new and existing transactions, and present it to internal rating committees
  • Conduct ongoing surveillance and performance monitoring of a portfolio of rated transactions
  • Produce clear, high-quality written outputs, including rating committee memos, criteria, sector reports, and market commentary
  • Lead sector research initiatives in coordination with team members
  • Assist and lead meetings (virtual and in‑person) with originators, servicers, and arrangers
  • Represent Fitch in external events and maintain active market engagement
  • Communicate rating rationales through presale reports, presentations, and investor discussions

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to review and interpret legal documentation
  • Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability
