Estamos em busca de alguém que será responsável por apoiar o processo de aquisição de novos produtos e serviços, acompanhando desde a solicitação inicial até a entrega final.

Essa função inclui o cadastro de fornecedores e parceiros, acompanhamento de pedidos de compra, além de garantir que as entregas estejam em conformidade.

About the Role :

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for supporting the process of acquiring new products and services, overseeing everything from the initial request to final delivery.

This role includes supplier and partner registration, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring that deliveries are in compliance.

Responsibilities and Attributions Responsabilidades :

• Cadastro de fornecedores
• Criação e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra
• Emitir e acompanhar pedidos de compra, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.
• Manter atualizado o cadastro de fornecedores e parceiros.
• Apoiar no controle de estoque, verificando demandas internas e antecipando necessidades.
• Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa para garantir alinhamento nas demandas de compras.

Responsibilities :

• Supplier registration
• Creation and monitoring of purchase orders
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring delivery deadlines are met
• Keep supplier and partner records up to date
• Support inventory control by checking internal demands and anticipating needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in purchasing demands

Requisites and Qualifications

• Ensino superior cursando ou completo
• Conhecimento no Microsoft Office
• Conhecimento no ERP Protheus
• Vivência na área de compras
• Boa comunicação e interação
• Fácil relacionamento com áreas parceiras

Education and Qualifications :

• Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ERP Protheus
• Experience in the purchasing field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with partner areas
