What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for assigned geographic territories
  • Advise prospective students, parents/guardians, and counselors through various communication channels

  • Manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of admissions associates during the academic year
  • Coordinate recruitment and enrollment projects in support of departmental objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with diverse groups, including students and educators
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in higher education admissions or recruitment
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and project management
  • Proficient in utilizing technology for communication and data management
  • Experience in public speaking or conducting presentations
