What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for assigned geographic territories
- Advise prospective students, parents/guardians, and counselors through various communication channels
- Conduct on- and off-campus presentations to promote the benefits of the institution
- Manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of admissions associates during the academic year
- Coordinate recruitment and enrollment projects in support of departmental objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to cultivate relationships with diverse groups, including students and educators
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Previous experience in higher education admissions or recruitment
