• Assist the Manager with client relationship management and processing of revenue cycle activities
• Conduct research related to accounts receivable management and patient customer service complaints
• Analyze trends for practice groups and manage billing account inquiries
• Resolve edits in compliance with service standards through EPIC work queues
• Assist with the orientation and training of new staff members

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of experience in revenue, billing, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and payer requirements
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
