• Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications to ensure activities are carried out correctly.
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of assembly issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct functional testing when applicable, ensuring product compliance.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues when needed, sharing best practices.
• Maintain workstation organization, health and safety standards, and compliance with 5S practices.

This role involves standing for extended periods and working in a noisy environment.
