Our client is an industrial multinational headquartered in Central Europe with a global presence, currently expanding its B2B distribution network in Brazil. Its portfolio consists of high‑precision engineering solutions for the machining sector (CNC machining centers and lathes), featuring products known for advanced technology, superior quality, precision, and high added value. This will be the company’s first hire in Brazil. The selected professional will be responsible for driving sales, managing the local operation, providing technical support to clients, and developing strategic distribution partnerships— with a strong focus on opening new markets and strengthening the existing customer base. The position reports directly to the Global Sales Director, and fluency in English communication is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the company's interests in customer acquisition and support activities.
  • Negotiate according to general guidelines for key account managers.
  • Plan and implement strategic customer acquisitions.
  • Plan and train customer support in collaboration with the sales and technical departments.
  • Execute sales of precision toolholders for CNC turning centers in Brazil, following a driven and sustainable approach.
  • Identify potential customers and perform all preliminary work.
  • Support sales partners, key accounts, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide transparent client advisory and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to customers on site.
  • Communicate customer and market requirements to the company.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Develop customer‑specific solutions in collaboration with relevant organizational units.
  • Create and deliver customized presentations to demonstrate company solutions, product overviews, and training sessions.
  • Lead product presentations, track proposals, and conduct commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare order summaries in collaboration with the Sales Office.
  • Participate in local trade shows, company‑organized exhibitions, and events hosted by key customers.
  • Follow up on trade show contacts (prioritization, visits, outreach).
  • Maintain overall responsibility for customer relationship management and close collaboration with office sales support in Germany.
