Hellmann Worldwide Logistics do Brasil Ltd. is seeking an Accounting Apprentice to support the Finance team with routine accounts receivable tasks, data entry, and document organization in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

You will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, payments, bank reconciliations, and preparing reports, while gaining practical experience and developing your technical knowledge for a career in accounting within a global company.

Qualificações

• Interest in developing a career in accounting.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• High school diploma required or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Support accounts receivable processes and payments.
• Assist with data entry and document filing.
• Help with bank reconciliations and routine closing tasks.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
• Coordinate with Billing, Commercial, Operations and Accounting.
• Participate in trainings and learn internal processes.

The Accounting Apprentice will support the Finance team with routine accounting and administrative activities, including document organization, data entry, account reconciliations, spreadsheet updates, and assistance with month-end closing processes. Estamos em busca de uma pessoa aprendiz para apoiar nossa equipe de Contas a Receber, desenvolvendo conhecimentos práticos nas rotinas financeiras e administrativas da área. Principais atividades:

• Apoiar o controle e a atualização dos recebimentos de clientes;
• Auxiliar na identificação e baixa de pagamentos no sistema;
• Conferir comprovantes bancários e documentos financeiros;
• Apoiar as rotinas de conciliação bancária;
• Atualizar planilhas, relatórios e controles da área;
• Auxiliar no envio de boletos, notas fiscais e segundas vias aos clientes;
• Apoiar o acompanhamento de pendências e inadimplências;
• Dar suporte ao contato com clientes para confirmação de pagamentos e esclarecimento de informações;
• Organizar documentos e arquivos financeiros;
• Interagir com as áreas de Faturamento, Comercial, Operações e Contabilidade;
• Participar de treinamentos e aprender os processos e procedimentos internos da área financeira.
