Support your team’s activities and projects, taking responsibility for your tasks and learning from experienced colleagues. Use AI and digital tools to research, organize information, create materials and solve problems. Test ideas and help turn them into practical improvements with guidance from your team. Identify repetitive tasks and explore ways to simplify or automate them.

What You Need To Succeed

• Curiosity about technology and practical experience using AI tools to learn, create or solve problems, with examples you can explain.
• Initiative to explore new tools, ask questions and put what you learn into practice.
• Critical thinking to question information, check AI outputs and understand what you’re doing.
• Organization, attention to detail and commitment to following through on your responsibilities.
• Clear communication, willingness to collaborate and openness to feedback.
• Intermediate English for communication and learning.
• Eligibility for the apprenticeship program.
