The role involves sending qualified messages daily, handling inquiries, and utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Ideal candidates should possess strong English communication skills and be comfortable engaging in sales. This is a commission-only position with no base salary, offering flexibility and learning opportunities.

Qualificações

• Open to all experience levels.
• Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus.
• Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.
• Have at least worked on a DM offer previously.

Responsabilidades

• Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day.
• Respond to inbound Instagram inquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close.
• Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Adding new strategies for lead generation.
• Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations.
• Manage and track leads via CRM.
• Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions.
• Daily reporting via Slack.
• Work directly with the business owner.

About Us

We run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space :

• GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agency
• AutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)

We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting. Full training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities

• Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
• Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
• Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
• Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
• Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
• Manage and track leads via CRM.
• Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
• Daily reporting via Slack
• Work directly with the business owner.

Working Hours

• 5 days per week
• 8 hours per day
• UK time focused

Experience
