Appointment Setter – Fully Remote

About the Job

We are looking for someone who will be setting appointments with leads, has great written and spoken English skills, and has attention to detail and organizational skills.

You will be given various tasks to perform, but your major role is to help us set appointments for our clients' leads. You will be responsible for replying via the text message system with our warm leads on time, booking them into appointments, making phone calls, and asking a few qualifying questions. Full training is provided.

This is a full‑time role Mon‑Fri for 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. Work time from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm New York Time (with a 30‑minute break). You will be working with US clients, but you can live outside of the US; therefore, we would like to have someone in our team who knows American Culture and speaks decent English. Experience with appointment setting, understanding a fitness niche and/or having a sales/business/marketing background is an advantage. The company may offer growth opportunities depending on performance.

Requirements

• Strong English skills, a neutral accent, and familiarity with American culture.
• Commitment to working 8:30 am – 5:00 pm New York Time.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn.
• Experience in marketing or fitness is a bonus, but not required.
• Attention to detail is a must.
