• Strong knowledge of well intervention operations with wireline and/or Digital Slickline.
• Proficient in simulation software and technical reporting tools.
• Advanced English and fluent Portuguese.

As an Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting wireline operations through technical planning, simulations, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for preparing job programs, generating post‑job reports, and delivering technical presentations. You’ll provide real‑time support to field teams, respond to customer inquiries, and contribute to incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

As an Application Engineer - Wireline, you will be responsible for:

• Planning intervention Electro‑hydraulic, Wireline & DSL service jobs, including simulations and job programs.
• Supporting field operations and addressing customer inquiries in real time.
• Delivering technical presentations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Participating in incident investigations and supporting root cause analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure job readiness and service quality.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation and best practices.
• Building successful long‑term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related field).
• Possess strong knowledge of well intervention operations with wireline and/or Digital Slickline.
• Demonstrate excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Be a fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic field environments.
• Communicate effectively in technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Be proficient in simulation software and technical reporting tools.
• Have advanced English and fluent Portuguese.
• Show initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
• Availability to live in Macaé‑RJ.
