A leading medical technology firm in Brazil is seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support in the IVD application area. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and good communication skills. Responsibilities include solving customer issues, conducting training, and regular client visits. This position requires proficiency in English and involves collaboration with sales and technical teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience in IVD Application area like immunology, biochemistry, or molecular.
• Ability to use English as a working language.

Responsabilidades

• Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting problems.
• Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer.
• Conduct customer training.
• Visit clients regularly and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Participate in regional and national conference calls regarding technical issues.

Responsibility :

1. Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
2. Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
3. Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if / as required;
4. Conduct Customer training.
5. Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
6. Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
7. Other task arranged by the company

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
3. Able to use English as working language;
4. Good communication skills and hard working.
