A leading global snack company is looking for a Supply Planner in Curitiba, Brazil. This role is focused on developing supply chain plans and ensuring the integrity of system data while meeting key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-moving consumer goods, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Qualificações

• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods, especially in the food industry.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
• Experience with supply chain planning methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop supply chain plans for both internal and external production.
• Ensure KPIs are met for customer fill rate and inventory levels.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for plan improvement.
• Maintain integrity of system data for supply planning.
• Support improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible forproduction planning of SKUs on specific manufacturingassets. You will conduct mid- and long-term planning through to finitescheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations, suppliers and demand to ensure aproper flow of information and operational execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for itemsproduced internally and externally
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finishedgoods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
• Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacityconsiderations)and material requirement plans by using system tools
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate,inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

• Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industrywhere shelf life is a constraint
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data
• Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
