Job summary

Evonik Brasil Ltda. seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment strategies in Brazil. You will oversee contractor relationships, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage risks, and guide teams through change initiatives while upholding safety and compliance standards. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers within an established contract management plan.
• Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to processes and deliver a plan for small elements of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.
• Work within knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility.
• Help develop procedures for an area and monitor their implementation.
• Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting best approaches within established systems.
• Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects within an established program management plan.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and apply safe systems of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
