O candidato ideal terá uma sólida formação em Agronomia e será responsável por otimizar a colheita, monitorar o cumprimento dos cronogramas e apoiar a transformação digital na operação. A posição exige habilidades em análise de dados e visão para a eficiência operacional, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade da empresa e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborar planejamento para colheita e definir sequenciamento de cortes.
• Monitorar e analisar a adesão ao cronograma de colheita.
• Otimizar alocação de recursos para colheita e transporte.
• Suportar logística com informações estratégicas sobre a qualidade da cana.
• Desenvolver plano anual de plantio, auxiliando na alocação técnica.

Workplace: Vista Alegre do Alto – SP

Job type: Full-time employee

The professional will act as the link between planning and field operations. He/she will be responsible for translating agronomic needs of the crop into clear action plans, planning of harvest, preparation and planting, scaling of operations, development and maintenance of KPIs, teams, information analysis, measurement of fit between plans and execution, scenario creation, and monitoring execution to ensure everything occurs on time, with efficiency, quality and safety. Data analysis, performance and cost indicators will support management decision-making. The professional will actively participate in field team discussions, offering technical guidance and necessary alignment to ensure risk free, sustainable agricultural activities.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate planning for harvest (short, medium and long term), defining cut sequencing to maximise productivity, ATR and industrial yield.
• Monitor and analyse adherence of execution to harvest schedule, identifying deviations and proposing daily and weekly adjustments, considering transport logistics, industrial capacity and weather/operational conditions.
• Optimize allocation of harvest and transport fronts, ensuring best use of resources (machines, equipment and labour).
• Support Logistics and Operations with strategic information on the volume and quality of cane to be harvested.
• Develop annual planting plan for sugarcane (reform and expansion), aiding technical allocation of areas, varieties, seasons and planting methods (mechanized/manual).
• Ensure planting planning incorporates best soil conservation practices, correction, fertilisation and land management systems.
• Prepare resource demand in line with harvest and planting plan.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects in the area (BI, ERP, RPA).
• Generate managerial reports and KPIs for harvest and planting, presenting insights and action plans for management and operational teams.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, standardising processes, reducing rework and increasing maturity of agricultural management.
