Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where you will play a crucial role in onboarding top talent for our organization. With a focus on internal communication and proficiency in MS Excel you will ensure a seamless hiring process. Your expertise in Procure to Pay-Payroll will be invaluable in understanding the specific needs of our departments. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office with no travel required.

Responsibilities
  • ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize internal communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and understand their specific hiring needs.
  • Leverage MS Excel to maintain and analyze recruitment data ensuring accurate reporting and insights for decision-making.
  • Utilize expertise in Procure to Pay-Payroll to understand and address the specific talent needs of these departments.
  • Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Guarantee all documentation medical exam contract signature were completed before onboarding
  • Demonstrate proficiency in internal communication ensuring clear and effective interactions with stakeholders.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Procure to Pay-Payroll processes to effectively recruit for these roles.Be a native Portuguese speaker with strong English reading and writing skills.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields.
  • Show adaptability to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
