Uma empresa de logísticas internacional procura um(a) analista júnior para qualificar solicitações de embarque e apoiar as equipes de Vendas e GAT. O(a) candidato(a) deve ter nível avançado de inglês e conhecimento em Microsoft Office. A posição exige boa comunicação e capacidade de resolver problemas de forma independente. O trabalho está localizado em Itajaí, Santa Catarina.

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em Freight Forwarders ou NVOCCs.

Responsabilidades

• Qualificar solicitações de embarque.
• Coordenar necessidades dos clientes com stakeholders internos.
• Registrar dados e emitir documentos.
• Enviar cotações para prospects e clientes.
• Apoio direto às equipes de Vendas/GAT.
• Gerenciar taxas para clientes em base quinzenal, mensal ou trimestral.
• Comunicar-se proativamente com agentes e clientes.
• Resolver problemas de forma independente.
• Executar tarefas em tempo hábil.

The junior analyst is responsible for qualifying shipment requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data entry and document issuance. They support the Sales and GAT teams by managing quotations, maintaining rate structures, and handling daily workflow operations. Effective communication, proactive problem‑solving, and independent decision‑making are essential. The role involves timely task execution and leveraging market insights to propose strategic actions for assigned accounts.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request.
• Coordinates client needs and requests with internal stakeholders.
• Input data and emit documents through the customer and UWLs system.
• Send quotations to prospects and customers.
• Direct support to Sales/GAT teams.
• Operate day‑to‑day tasks within a workflow if applicable.
• Management of rates for ongoing clients on bi‑weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis if applicable.
• Communicate with agents, customers, and operations proactively.
• Manage the designed mailbox if applicable.
• Problem solving independently.
• Work independently.
• Timely action on the demands, respecting the requirements of each activity.
• Use the market information to propose actions to act and propose actions to Sales/GAT, for the accounts assigned to employee, if applicable.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Advanced English Level.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarders or NVOCCs.
• Studying or graduated in university courses related to Foreign Trade, Logistics or International Relations.
