Jabil is seeking a PL Quality Analyst to join our Manaus team. The role leads preventive/corrective actions, supports inspection procedures, and bridges quality issues between customer and supplier.

You will mentor the workcell, ensure calibration accuracy, and assist in audits and new product introductions. The position requires intermediate English and experience with SMT or backend manufacturing processes, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Lead preventive/corrective actions for resolution and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement documents and procedures to support inspection efforts.
• Serve as the liaison for quality issues between customer and supplier.
• Provide technical guidance, monitor, and train the workcell.
• Protect the customer from internal quality problems.
• Technically support the workcell quality team.
• Prepare visual aids as needed for quality processes.
• Maintain calibration tracking for equipment requiring calibration.
• Support Quality Technician activities in the engineering function.
• Prepare raw data for analysis and decision making.
• Assist routine process and product audits.
• Contribute to new product introduction processes.
• Maintain eSPC status knowledge for related areas.
• Apply quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Review non-conforming materials and products.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with SMT and/or Backend manufacturing processes.
• Experience dealing with customer representatives on issues.

• Assist Quality Technician activities within engineering functions.
• Prepare raw data for analysis and reporting.
• Help conduct routine process and product audits.
• Contribute to new product introduction quality steps.
• Monitor eSPC status in related areas and drive improvements.
• Apply problem solving methodologies and quality tools effectively.
• Review and disposition non-conforming materials and products.

• Liderar os processos de ações preventivas/corretivas para resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua.

• Prover orientações técnicas, monitorando e treinando a workcell.
• Proteger o Cliente de problemas internos.
• Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe de qualidade da workcell.

• Knowledge to Prepare visual aids.
• Knowledge of Calibration tracking to ensure all equipment that needs calibrated is done.
• Experience in Support Quality Technician in the engineering function.
• Knowledge to Prepare the raw data for analysis.
• Experience to Help to do the routine process and product audit.
• Knowledge and experience in the new product introduction process.
• Knowledge in eSPC status of related area.
• Knowledge in Problem solving methodoloy (Quality tools)
• Experience on review non-conformance material and products.
• Intermediary English
• Experience in SMT process and/or Backend process related to manufacturing process
• Experience in Deal issues with Customer (representative)
