Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product development cycle: discovery, definition, execution, delivery, and support.
- Backlog creation & management: Clarify requirements, translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, and build a roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive Product Delivery and Value: Ensure deliveries meet expectations, iterate based on feedback and performance, and promote continuous improvement within the squad.
- Leverage Data to Drive Product Decisions: Analyze data from user behavior, adoption metrics, and process performance to support prioritization, validate assumptions, and enhance the product experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on project status, proactively address issues, and communicate transparently with stakeholders across regions. Effective English communication is essential.
- Design Scalable and Simple Solutions: Collaborate with developers to create technical solutions focusing on platform consistency, usability, and performance.
- Adopt a Platform Mindset: Lead platform evolution emphasizing scalability, usability, and efficiency, while ensuring governance over standards, code quality, and delivery flow.
- Communicate with Clarity: Maintain visibility into priorities, roadmaps, and progress for the squad and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with effective strategies.
- Agile Methodologies & Team Metrics: Lead agile rituals (dailies, planning, refinement, retrospectives) based on Scrum, and track team metrics.
Main responsibilities
- Proven Experience in Product Management: Managing digital products throughout their lifecycle, preferably in agile environments.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data from multiple sources to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding systems integration, APIs, and scalable architectures to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Experience with Agile Frameworks: Acting as Product Owner or Scrum Master, leading ceremonies, and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Excellent Communication & Documentation Skills: Writing detailed user stories, communicating priorities, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Fluent English: Required for global stakeholder interaction and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Aligning priorities with stakeholders and ensuring roadmaps reflect strategic goals.
