A global financial services leader is seeking a Finance & Business Management Associate / VP based in São Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will manage business P&L, coordinate analytics for leadership teams, and execute projects aligned with strategic growth. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 3 years of experience in banking or asset management. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools are necessary for success in this role.

This role will support the Asset Management (AM) regional business in Latin America, currently with presence in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and United States.
AM in Latin America represents around $40bln in total assets, delivering global investment solutions to clients in the different regions covered.
The role will require a flexible and dynamic personality who is capable of handling multiple tasks including financial analysis, presentations for senior management, managing and reporting the business P&L, financials planning execution and AM legal entity deliverables.
The role requires a strong connection not only with LatAm teams but also with Finance & Business Management teams based in the United States and Europe.
