Qualificações

• University degree in information technology or computer science.
• Experience in ERP & core systems configuration projects including SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT strategy discussions with client leadership and validate recommendations.
• Deploy IT architectures and digital platforms using state‑of‑the‑art tools (cloud, AI, blockchain, microservices).

What You’ll Do

As an AI Tech Consultant, you will work closely with our client’s leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and collaborate with BCG case team members to transform client potential into performance.

You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms and architecture in order to leverage the digital potential of our customers with state of the art tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices and containerization. You will be responsible for specific parts of the project and will evaluate and coach our clients’ technology teams, manage quality and risk while maintaining client expectations and escalations. You’ll develop ground-breaking projects by enabling our clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation.

You will work on a variety of technology topics, applying your technical consulting skills to strategic technology questions. You will also be supported by an extensive training curriculum, plus technology-specific training and mentoring to help build upon your technical skills. You will also help with project proposals, client care, building relationships with peers and identifying new business opportunities.

Finally, as an AI Tech Consultant you will contribute to the Practice Area development and help to build the BCG brand as a key member of the case team.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for exceptional talent with experience of working in the consulting industry to join us.

You Will Typically Have

• University degree with above average academic performance in information technology, or computer science.
• 3+ years’ experience in consulting, implementation, assessment or migration of ERP & Core Systems, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting related with ERPs and Core Systems.
• Deep understanding and experience within ERP systems
• Experience in ERP & core systems configuration projects: implementation, migration, and integration, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to bring unique tech perspectives from outside the consulting industry into BCG's typical engagements, requiring:
• Consulting experience (required)
• Strategic mindset (hypothesis driven, 80:20 mindset, iterative approach, activist stance) Self-managed.
• Leadership potential to transform the consulting industry around interaction with designers, engineers, and POs: Progressing thought leadership in deep tech
• New (but proven) methodologies or ways of working
• Ability to balance dogmatism and pragmatism to guide decision-making. Articulate trade-offs and drive high-impact technology decisions on topics including (but not limited to) architecture, integration, lean core, edge solutions, best of breed and tailor‑made solutions.
• Right balance between functional and technical trade‑off and experiences in data migration, cutover and PMO.
• Deep understanding of different integration patterns and best practices such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous, Data integration, etc.
• Fluent English (required)
• Fluent Spanish is a plus.
