Descrição da oferta de emprego

AI Process Improvement Analyst, PSX Network Strategy & Innovation

The AI & Process Improvement Analyst owns automation, AI models, and process improvement for AMZL's external partner network across the EDSP, AMPL, AMXL, and DSP 1.0 channels in Brazil. Sitting within the Network Strategy & Innovation pillar of the Partner Strategy & Experience (PSX) team, this role executes scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and enable data-driven decision-making across the partner network — turning operational data into AI-powered tools and repeatable processes that make the network more efficient at scale.

This is a builder role at the intersection of AI, automation, and operations. The analyst partners closely with operational teams to identify recurring manual work, quality gaps, and decision bottlenecks, and then designs AI models, automations, and standardized processes that solve them. The goal is to embed data-driven and AI-powered decision-making into the daily routine of the network, freeing operational teams to focus on execution while accelerating the maturity of the Network Strategy & Innovation program in Brazil.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI models and automations that support network decisions and that reduce manual effort for operational teams.
  • Diagnose and improve operational processes for operational teams: map recurring manual work and bottlenecks, redesign the process, and automate it where AI or tooling adds leverage.
  • Automate reporting and manual routines — replacing spreadsheet-based and repetitive tasks with scalable, self-service mechanisms and pipelines.
  • Partner with operational and BI teams to validate models against operational reality and ensure adoption of the tools and processes built.
  • Benchmark and adapt proven AI and process-improvement mechanisms — from within Amazon and the wider industry — to accelerate program maturity in Brazil.

A day in the life

In your daily role, you'll dive into operational data across the delivery network to spot where manual effort or defects are concentrated, and propose what to automate or redesign. You'll build and refine AI models and automations that inform network decisions and remove repetitive work from operational teams, partnering with those teams to understand the real-world process behind the numbers and validate that your solutions fit their routine. As problems recur, you'll turn them into standardized, automated mechanisms rather than one-off fixes — documenting the processes so improvements stick, and balancing new builds with improving what already exists. You'll benchmark and adapt proven mechanisms to accelerate program maturity. Occasionally, you'll travel to operational sites to see firsthand how your tools translate into the daily reality of the network — bringing those insights back to prioritize the next automation.

About the team

AMZL (Amazon Logistics), also referred to as the Last Mile, is the movement of packages from our Fulfillment Centers or Sort Centers to their final destination — our customers. AMZL BR launched in Nov-20 with the long-term vision of bringing an enhanced delivery experience at the right cost.

Our team covers four channels within the Partner Strategy & Experience (PSX) program: EDSP (External Delivery Service Providers), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), AMXL (Amazon Extra Large), and DSP 1.0. These programs bring together third-party logistics partners operating across Brazil, using Amazon tools and technology to expand last-mile delivery coverage.

This role sits within the Network Strategy & Innovation pillar — the function that owns network design and strategy for AMZL's external partner programs, ensuring the network grows efficiently, partners connect to the right nodes, and volume flows at optimal cost and speed.
