Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, bias, and ethical alignment. This role helps ensure AI reflects values important to people and operates at scale.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract open to curious, analytical thinkers from any background. No prior AI policy experience required; you will work independently and manage assignments on your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness.
• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines.
• Write clear, structured feedback documenting policy-related concerns and reasoning.
• Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios.
• Complete assignments independently on your own schedule.
