Job summary

FullStack is seeking an AI Machine Learning Engineer to connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work. You will integrate directly into client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers daily to build production-ready AI solutions.

Required 4+ years in AI/ML, advanced English, a four-year degree, and hands-on Python/LangChain experience. You will deploy models, design scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms, and contribute to evolving AI libraries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI/ML engineer or similar role.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing AI/ML models using Python and LangChain.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI trends.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases.
• Solid experience integrating and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong skills in documenting AI/ML workflows, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining production-grade AI systems.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like LangChain.
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and the latest trends in generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Solid experience integrating and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong skills in documenting AI/ML workflows, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining production-grade AI systems.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
