We’re looking for an AI First - Full stack Team Lead to help us build the biggest weather platform in the world.

As a Fullstack Team Lead at Tomorrow.io, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality user experiences, ensuring fast, reliable, and polished features across the stack.

• Lead a strong cross-functional team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Align engineering with product goals, translating vision into impactful releases delivered on time.

• Integrate AI-first practices, using AI tools to streamline development, boost productivity, and enhance both developer and user experience.

• Establish AI as a core enabler—embedding it into internal workflows and user-facing capabilities to accelerate delivery and innovation.
