BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to design and deploy intelligent systems using large language models. You will translate research into production-ready solutions and scale AI features across a globally distributed, remote-friendly engineering team.

Responsibilities include building AI-powered apps, optimizing RAG workflows, and integrating AI models with robust APIs and microservices. Strong English and 4+ years in software or AI are required.

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI development.
• Proven expertise in developing AI systems using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain to build generative applications.
• Strong background in integrating AI models and modern frameworks into production systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices applied to AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
