CI&T is seeking an AI/Software Engineer to advance AI-driven development, from coding to testing and documentation. You will design scalable components and document integration layers, while aligning with requirements and making informed technical decisions.

Experience with headless CMS and AI evaluation helps drive innovation in a global team. The role emphasizes strong programming skills, clean code, and collaboration across front-end and CMS gateways, with advanced English communication

Qualificações

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and AI tooling.
• Strong programming logic and code quality practices.
• Experience designing scalable, modular software components.
• Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements and make technical trade-offs.
• Familiarity with CMS concepts, headless architectures, and front-end integration.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage AI-enabled SDLC tools to accelerate delivery, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Program in high‑level languages with emphasis on clean code and testing.
• Design and document components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers.
• Analyze requirements, negotiate trade-offs, and make technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• AI-accelerated SDLC: Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows in day-to-day delivery (code generation, review, testing, documentation), and help the team adopt them consistently.
• Software programming: Strong command of high-level programming languages and deep experience with programming logic, clean code, and testing.
• Solution design: Design and document the components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers of the features you build, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance.
• Requirements: Experience analysing functional and non-functional requirements, negotiating trade-offs, and making technical decisions.
• CMS: Familiarity with CMS (Content management system) concepts, headless architectures, and integration with front-end frameworks.
• Advanced English for communication.

• AI-driven use cases: Experience with intelligent content features such as personalization engines or content recommendations using AI.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development.
• Experience with headless CMS (Storyblok, Sanity.io).
• Experience with AI evaluation and observability (prompt versioning, regression testing, tracing).
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
