Getnet is seeking an AI Deployment Engineer to drive the forward deployment of AI solutions across global operations. The role is placed in São Paulo / Porto Alegre with a hybrid arrangement, offering exposure to an expanding fintech platform in LatAm, Iberia, and Europe.

You will build agents, enable multi-agent cooperation, and shape the overall agentic layer while embracing accountability and ownership for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

AI Deployment Engineer

What you'll do: first you build an agent, then agents that cooperate as a team, and finally the connections of the whole agentic layer. Always remember: AGI is awakening.

We're Looking for just three things:

• High Agency — this is a transformation role. High energy is required to un-legacy systems, overcome friction, and play hard all the time.
• Upskilling — you will have to learn the difficult part of AI Engineering: multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails and harnesses, knowledge and RAG, MCP, observability and reporting.
• Extreme Ownership — don't blame the models, don't say AI Slop Creator, don't do token maxxing — you are the one fully accountable for the budget and the output.

The only experience needed is having built something real using AI (professional, personal, or entrepreneurial).
