Role Summary

We are hiring an AI Creative Operator to produce high performing short form video ads using AI tools only.

This is a hands on execution role focused on speed, volume, and performance. You will not be responsible for strategy, branding, or long term planning. Your job is to generate, edit, and ship large volumes of ad creatives that are tested and judged purely by results.

If you enjoy building fast, iterating constantly, and letting data decide what wins, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
  • Create short form video ads for TikTok and Meta using AI tools only
  • Generate high volumes of hooks, variants, and edits daily
  • Recreate and remix winning competitor ads using provided references
  • Use tools like VEED, CapCut, HeyGen, and similar AI video tools
What You Will Not Do
  • You will not define marketing strategy
  • You will not manage ad accounts or budgets
  • You will not appear on camera
  • You will not do brand storytelling or long form creative work
  • You will not guess what works without testing
Tools You Will Use
  • AI video editors such as VEED, CapCut, HeyGen
  • Ad inspiration tools such as Foreplay
  • Internal creative briefs and SOPs
  • Performance dashboards for feedback
  • Experience with these tools is a plus, but the ability to learn fast matters more.
Who This Role Is For

  • Understand TikTok and short form video pacing
  • Can produce many versions of the same idea quickly
