An international automotive repair group is looking for an Automation Specialist to design and implement intelligent automations across operations, finance, HR, and marketing. The ideal candidate has expert experience with n8n, strong skills in JavaScript, and loves building workflows. We operate a fast-growing international automotive repair group with companies in the UAE, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
We build advanced digital workflows including AI vehicle scanners, invoicing automation, multi-country CRM systems, and internal communication tools.
We are now looking for a high-level Automation Specialist who can build and maintain our global automation infrastructure.
You will design and implement intelligent automations across all departments (operations, finance, HR, marketing, management).
Your work will connect tools like n8n, WhatsApp, Xero, Excel Online, SharePoint, HubSpot, and AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, or custom LLMs).
This role is for someone who loves solving problems, building powerful workflows, and working independently.
Build automations using n8n (must-have)
Develop WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business API flows (BSP providers, webhooks, message parsing).
internal ops tools Create two-way automations between internal teams and accounting, operations, finance, and customer service.
Build “agent-style” workflows that use LLMs to make decisions inside workflows.
Use models like GPT-4 / 5, Claude, or local models.
Remote or based in Dubai
