What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage real-time data flow and transformation for AI agents, ensuring compatibility between systems
• Design and maintain AI integration technologies, such as retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases
• Develop technical architecture for multi-agent systems to facilitate collaboration among AI agents
• Create and manage APIs to enable seamless data exchange between Agentforce and other systems
• Monitor and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering or integrations
• High proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Expertise in AI data integration and management within enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data management, including ETL/ELT processes
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience integrating with the Salesforce platform using Salesforce APIs and Apex
• Direct experience working on AI or automation projects
• Relevant Data Specialist or Data Cloud certifications
• Familiarity with integration services from major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience in an Agile development environment
