BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect to shape the architectural foundation of a growing multi-agent AI platform. You will decide when to use an agent, a classical model, or a deterministic pipeline, and design scalable orchestration and governance across an agent fleet.

Role requires extensive experience in software architecture, LangGraph expertise, and strong English proficiency, with remote work and competitive USD compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture.
• Expertise in LangGraph, with Python as the underlying language.
• Proven experience designing production multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock architecture, including Knowledge Base and model routing.
• Background designing agent evaluation harnesses and guardrails.
• Experience with MCP and tool contract design.
• Experience with Kubernetes and EKS deployment topologies for agent workloads.
• Background establishing cost and token governance across an agent fleet.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll shape the architectural foundation of a growing multi-agent AI platform, guiding how it evolves as it scales across multiple teams. Having designed and operated multi-agent systems in production, you'll bring judgment shaped by real systems that have already broken, not theoretical best practices.
