A leading social app company in Várzea Paulista, Brazil, is looking for a recruitment specialist to engage and manage hosts for their voice social app. You will be responsible for recruiting a substantial number of hosts monthly and assisting with translations between English and Portuguese. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both languages, have a sales-oriented mindset, and enjoy using voice social applications. Experience in agency recruitment or social app management is preferred.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month).
• Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese).

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
