A leading internet company in Africa is seeking a recruiter for their social app business unit. This position requires a fluency in English and Portuguese, along with a sales-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting 200-300 agencies and hosts monthly, and assisting with translation tasks. Experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on user engagement.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Able to make friends with users and engage effectively.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
