Job Description

Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on a full-time basis. Only 3x times per week (tue-thru)

Role:

Leads the Supply Chain team for the Aftersales division, focusing on material flow, supplier management, and customer service excellence

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain, with deep knowledge of local auto parts suppliers in Brazil.
  • Manage stock levels, resolve issues with troubled suppliers, and oversee supply chain procedures.
  • Support integration across logistics, forecasting, and inventory functions.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve customer service, increase First Order Fill rate, and reduce backorders.
  • Directly lead a senior team of 6 members, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment aligned with GM's values and cultural behaviors.
  • Demonstrate resilience and decision-making in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
